About The Position

The Client Associate maintains the in-store sales and service experience and promotes a sales culture to help achieve or exceed sales, KPI, and profitability goals. The role includes delivering exceptional client service, building repeat-client relationships, supporting store events and marketing initiatives, and maintaining an inviting, productive, and organized retail environment. This is a seasonal position at the Somerset location.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a client-services-related capacity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions independently or escalate when appropriate.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to walk, sit, stand, bend, reach, and move continually during working hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide approachable and efficient sales and service on the sales floor to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Connect with in-store clients and develop and retain repeat-client relationships to drive individual sales goals.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of each season’s apparel, including fit, fabric, and intended use.
• Participate in in-store events, marketing initiatives, and CRM activity to encourage and reward repeat business.
• Follow client service standards and company policies and procedures.
• Foster a friendly, open, and inviting environment for in-store guests.
• Promote a work environment focused on teamwork and productivity.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including the front of house and stock space.
