About The Position

WHBM is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate for its Somerset Collection store. The Sales Associate is the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment, reflecting the brand’s culture of hospitality. The role involves building genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service. Associates also support store performance and operations through sales goals, merchandising, inventory replenishment, and maintaining store organization and visual standards. This is a temporary, part-time position.

Requirements

• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
