About The Position

The Store Support Associate provides a positive Member experience and contributes to store financial performance by following operational processes. These include stockroom organization, Stock Locator, merchandise pickup, receiving, return processing, item disposition, merchandise return notices, floor replenishment, unit integrity, and Web to Store. The position also supports resets, promotional ad setup, out-of-stock processes, pull lists, and the Footwear Department. The associate helps keep merchandise and stockrooms organized, safe, protected, and ready for customers. The role includes serving Members at Merchandise Pick Up, replenishing and organizing the sales floor, completing footwear verification and floor sample scans, supporting sales floor resets, and performing minor repairs. Associates also explain and promote Shop Your Way and maintain Footwear Department presentation throughout the day.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Less than one year of related experience.
At least 18 years of age.
Basic reading, arithmetic, writing, and oral communication skills.
Basic Internet navigation skills.
Ability to work while standing for long periods.
Ability to lift and hold bulky and large-sized merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to reach, stretch, grab, push, lift, hold, twist, bend, turn, walk, shift, and perform other physical movements required by the job.

Responsibilities

Greet Members professionally and engagingly, taking ownership of the customer experience.
Assist with unloading distribution-center trucks, move merchandise to staging locations, maintain neat, orderly, and safe stockrooms, and complete new-receipt functions.
Serve Members promptly at Merchandise Pick Up.
Perform the Fill Floor process multiple times per day as business needs require, pulling and staging merchandise in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
Verify footwear displays, scan floor samples, and complete follow-up actions.
Locate and pull merchandise on Out of Stock Pull Lists, replenish the sales floor, and make accurate count updates and inventory adjustments.
Locate and pull merchandise and fixtures for sales floor resets and complete all aspects of assigned resets.
Complete minor repairs to stock and Member merchandise.
Understand and promote the benefits of Shop Your Way and the elements of a WOW experience.
Follow merchandise and inventory protection standards.
Set up and take down promotional advertisements accurately in assigned areas.
Follow store backroom standards.
Keep the Footwear Department ready throughout the day and ensure the sales floor is easy to shop, in stock, clean, signed, and organized.
Perform other duties as assigned.
