About The Position

Associates in Store Support perform a variety of non-sales functions. These may include supporting an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, and providing administrative services. The roles may involve direct interaction with customers or vendors, such as directing customers to departments or merchandise, answering questions about product order status, handling cash management, and supporting program compliance.
