About The Position

Associates in Store Support positions perform a variety of non-sales functions. Work may include supporting an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, and providing administrative services. Direct interaction with customers or vendors is sometimes required. These associates may direct customers to store departments or merchandise, answer questions about product order status, handle cash management, and support program compliance. They play a critical role in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Specific positions may include Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
