About The Position

Associates in Store Support positions perform a variety of non-sales functions. Work may include ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, or providing administrative services. Direct interaction with customers or vendors may be required. These positions support customer satisfaction by directing customers to store departments or merchandise, answering questions about product order status, handling cash management, and supporting program compliance. Associates work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, and carriers, and productively with little or some supervision. They are detail-oriented, have proven time-management skills, demonstrate integrity, respond to associates’ operational concerns, and remain focused on store-specific business objectives while supporting key operational responsibilities. Specific positions may include Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
