About The Position

Associates in Store Support positions perform a variety of non-sales functions, which may include supporting customer order fulfillment, assisting customers in the lot, and providing administrative services. Some roles require direct interaction with customers or vendors. Store Support Associates may direct customers to departments or merchandise, answer questions about order status, handle cash management, and support program compliance. They contribute to customer satisfaction and store operations while working cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, and carriers, and productively with little or some supervision. Specific positions may include Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
