About The Position

The Store Support Associate provides a positive Member experience and contributes to the store’s financial performance by following operational processes. These include stockroom organization, Stock Locator, merchandise pickup, receiving, return processing, item disposition, merchandise return notices, Fill Floor, unit integrity, and Web to Store. The role also supports resets, replenishment, promotional ad setup, out-of-stock processes, pull lists, and activities in the Footwear Department. The associate helps unload distribution center trucks, stages and receives merchandise, maintains orderly and safe stockrooms, assists Members at merchandise pickup, replenishes the sales floor, performs footwear display checks, and supports sales floor resets. The associate also completes minor repairs, follows merchandise protection standards, and helps keep the Footwear department clean, organized, signed, and in stock.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Less than one year of related experience.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Basic reading, arithmetic, writing, and oral communication skills.
Basic Internet navigation skills.
Ability to work while standing for long periods of time.
Ability to lift and hold bulky and large-sized merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
Ability to reach, stretch, grab, push, lift, hold, twist, bend, turn, walk, shift, and perform other physical movements required by the job.

Responsibilities

Greet Members professionally and engagingly, taking ownership of the customer experience and demonstrating a Members First experience.
Assist with unloading distribution center trucks, move merchandise to appropriate staging locations, maintain neat, orderly, and safe stockrooms, and execute new receipt functions.
Serve Members promptly at Merchandise Pick Up.
Perform the Fill Floor process multiple times per day as business needs require, pulling and staging merchandise in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
Verify Footwear displays and floor samples, complete scans, and perform follow-up actions.
Locate and pull merchandise from Out of Stock Pull Lists, replenish the sales floor, and perform accurate count updates and inventory adjustments.
Locate and pull merchandise and fixtures for sales floor resets and complete all aspects of the reset.
Complete minor repairs of stock and Member merchandise.
Understand the benefits of Shop Your Way and the elements of a WOW experience, and promote the program to Members.
Follow merchandise and inventory protection standards.
Set up and take down promotional advertisements accurately in assigned areas.
Follow store standards for the backroom.
Keep the Footwear department ready throughout the day and ensure the sales floor is easy to shop, in stock, clean, signed, and organized.
Perform other duties as assigned.
