About The Position

As a Support Associate at Soma, you work both in the back of the house and on the sales floor. You manage inventory processes that keep the customer experience running smoothly, including processing shipments, moving products from the stockroom, and ensuring merchandise is properly placed. You uphold brand standards, help maintain a visually inspiring store environment, and contribute to a positive team culture. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team-player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Commitment to regular attendance to ensure adequate coverage.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
• Passion for the brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.

Responsibilities

• Properly intake, store, and ticket merchandise to support replenishment on the sales floor.
• Keep the stockroom neatly organized and easy to navigate.
• Ensure new products are merchandised and represented on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Execute product restocking and price changes.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Assist store leaders in executing visual directives, including floor-set updates, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placement.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience that reflects the company’s culture of hospitality.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
• Keep the team informed about inventory needs.
