About The Position

The Support Associate uses computer-assisted design and drafting equipment and software to develop designs, work on space plans and test fits, and create or revise production drawings. The role manages data creation, collection, and loading in IBM TRIRIGA or ARCHIBUS, and handles day-to-day activities for the CAFM system and related technology systems, including drawing and data maintenance. The associate works with client business partners to maintain accurate information, produces reports and drawings in client-required formats, and maintains an organized production-drawing file system and a resource library of current information. The position reports to the Director and follows standard operating procedures. Normal working conditions apply, with an absence of disagreeable elements.

Requirements

• Associate degree.
• AutoCAD experience.
• Ability to work with a team to solve problems.
• Collaboration skills.
• Communication proficiency.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD 2018 Architecture, MS Access, and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Use computer-assisted design/drafting equipment and software to develop designs.
• Work on space plans and test fits as directed.
• Manage data creation, collection, and loading in IBM TRIRIGA or ARCHIBUS.
• Create and revise production drawings, including detail and assembly drawings.
• Work with client business partners as needed to ensure accurate and effective information interface and updates.
• Produce standard reports and drawings in the format required by the client on a demand basis.
• Maintain a resource library of current information for department components to access in IBM TRIRIGA or ARCHIBUS.
• Handle day-to-day activities of the CAFM system and related technology systems, including drawing and data maintenance.
• Maintain an organized file system for production drawings.
• Work according to standard operating procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
