About The Position

The Support Associate supports front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced retail store with changing priorities. The role may include greeting customers, running items, cashiering, answering phones, following operational policies and procedures, packing and unpacking shipments, and organizing the stock room to support product flow and the smooth operation of the store. Support Associates work collaboratively with the store team to create welcoming, memorable customer experiences and deliver retail excellence.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Resourceful, collaborative, highly motivated, and efficient.

Nice To Haves

• Stock-related experience is a plus.
• A sense of humor is a plus.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
