About The Position

The Support Associate supports a customer- and product-focused sales culture by performing store operations functions, including merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. The role helps ensure merchandise is properly stored, ticketed, organized, and available for replenishment, and that new products are represented promptly. The Support Associate also supports customer service, visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and teamwork. Some duties may vary by brand. The position may be applied for even when no opening is currently available.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
Ability to work the majority of the shift standing.
Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines.
Ability to demonstrate teamwork.
Regular attendance is essential to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to communicate with customers, Associates, and Management, and to wear and communicate with a headset.

Nice To Haves

Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired.

Responsibilities

Process and organize merchandise so items are properly stored, ticketed, and easy to locate for sales-floor replenishment; reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.
Ensure new products are properly merchandised and represented in a timely manner.
Enter receiving documents into the computer system and reconcile merchandise invoices with items received, as applicable.
Complete store-to-store transfers and Locate requests accurately and promptly.
Receive and process visual packet materials, props, and signage; properly store stockroom hardware, hangers, and sign holders.
Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
Alert store management to cash supply needs.
Assist with visual directives, including floorsets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placement, as directed.
Assist with boutique cleanliness and organization.
Model, support, and promote Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omnichannel experience.
Promote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem solving.
