About The Position
The Supply Chain Technician is a critical member of the Supply Chain team and ensures that supplies and equipment are available when needed by the patient care team. The role contributes to operational efficiency, cost reduction, and improved patient outcomes by optimizing supply chain processes. The technician receives and unpacks deliveries, checks their condition, processes bills of lading, packing slips, logs, and receiving reports, and stores materials in designated locations. The role also moves items from the loading dock to appropriate storeroom locations. These responsibilities describe the general nature and level of the work and are not exhaustive.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
