About The Position

The Supply Chain Technician issues, charges, and distributes medical and non-medical supplies using a computerized inventory system. The role inventories and replenishes supplies for departments and carts while supporting HonorHealth’s mission, vision, and values. The position is based at John C. Lincoln, 250 E Dunlap Ave, Phoenix, Arizona. The scheduled shift is Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with additional hours on request.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Computer data-entry experience and/or warehouse knowledge.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of logistics- or supply-chain-related experience.
• Previous hospital, storeroom, or receiving experience.

Responsibilities

• Count and fill predetermined exchange-cart and replenishment-area stock levels using an iPad and/or ERP system.
• Collect requested supplies from a pick list and stage them for delivery according to priority.
• Restock clean and bulk storeroom shelves from daily receipts, verifying locations and bin labels against the pick list.
• Coordinate rental or purchase of patient orthopedic appliances, beds, and equipment.
• Manage soiled equipment according to campus policy.
• Process department stock returns.
• Handle, secure, and deliver prepackaged procedural trays, which may include medication.
• Maintain neat storerooms and PAR locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
