About The Position

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Supply Chain Technician to join its Supply Chain department within Support Services at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, Illinois. The role handles receiving, organizing, and distributing supplies and equipment throughout the hospital, including checking product accuracy, tracking par levels, and responding to replenishment needs. The position is scheduled for the evening shift, 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., and 40 hours per week. Compensation is based on factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications, and education.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of experience in Supply Chain, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and distribute supplies and equipment throughout the hospital.
• Review product accuracy.
• Track par levels.
• Respond to replenishment needs.
