About The Position

The Supply Chain Operations Handler supports patient care by ensuring supplies are received, stocked, and delivered accurately and efficiently to patient areas. The role works with clinical staff so appropriate supplies are available when needed, allowing clinicians to focus on bedside care. This position is 0.5 FTE, or 40 hours per two-week pay period, with 8-hour day/evening shifts and an every-other-weekend rotation.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have the education and/or experience needed to meet the required functional competencies listed in the job description.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED.
• Associate's degree or vocational degree.
• 0 to 2 years of warehouse or inventory experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, put away, pick, and deliver supplies, mail, patient records, and other items as required.
• Stock supplies, rotate inventory, and check items for expiration dates.
• Scan and hand-count items and conduct cycle counts.
• Label and sticker products as needed.
• Ship and receive items and complete courier setup.
• Pull reports from enterprise resource planning systems when needed.
• Answer phones, troubleshoot concerns, and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Maintain stocking locations and clean and organize stock rooms as needed.
• Ensure shift work is complete.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
