About The Position

Join Allina Health as a Supply Chain Operations Handler supporting patient care by ensuring essential supplies are delivered accurately and efficiently. The role receives, puts away, picks, and delivers supplies to patient areas and rooms, and works with clinical staff to ensure the correct supplies are available when needed.

This is a 0.5 FTE position (40 hours per two-week pay period) with 8-hour evening/night shifts from 8:30 PM to 5:00 AM and an every-other-weekend rotation. The position is based at the Abbott Northwestern receiving dock in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have the education and/or experience needed to meet the required functional competencies listed in the job description.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's or vocational degree.
• 0 to 2 years of warehouse or inventory experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, put away, pick, and deliver supplies, mail, patient records, and other items as required.
• Stock needed items, rotate stock, and check for outdated products.
• Scan, hand-count, and perform cycle counts.
• Label and sticker products as needed.
• Ship and receive items and complete courier setup.
• Pull reports from enterprise resource planning systems such as Lawson/Infor, Workday, and PeopleSoft when needed.
• Answer phones, troubleshoot concerns, and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Maintain stocking locations and clean and organize stock rooms as needed.
• Ensure shift work is complete.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
