About The Position

Join Allina Health as a Supply Chain Operations Handler, supporting patient care by ensuring essential supplies are delivered accurately and efficiently. The role is responsible for receiving, putting away, picking, and delivering supplies to patient areas and rooms, and working with clinical staff to ensure the right supplies are available when needed. The position helps clinicians focus on bedside care rather than supply issues.

This is a 0.6 FTE position, scheduled for 48 hours per two-week pay period in 8-hour evening/night shifts, with an every-other-weekend rotation. The role is based at the Abbott Northwestern receiving dock in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have the education and/or experience needed to meet the required functional competencies listed in the job description.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's or vocational degree.
• 0 to 2 years of warehouse or inventory experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, put away, pick, and deliver supplies, mail, patient records, and other items as required.
• Stock needed items; rotate stock and check for expired products.
• Scan, hand-count, and perform cycle counts.
• Label and sticker products as needed.
• Ship and receive items and complete courier setup.
• Pull reports from enterprise resource planning systems such as Lawson/Infor, Workday, or PeopleSoft when needed.
• Answer phones, troubleshoot concerns, and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Maintain stocking locations.
• Clean and organize stock rooms as needed.
• Ensure shift work is complete.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
