As a Supply Chain Logistics Associate (SCLA), you will be immediately challenged with functional, broadening, and leadership experiences at a manufacturing location to prepare you for positions of greater responsibility in our Planning, Logistics Operations, and Customer Fulfillment (PLCF) organization at our world headquarters in Minneapolis or in one of our manufacturing plant locations nationwide. You'll make an impact by: Managing the flow of raw materials and finished goods throughout the supply chain network, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations Planning production schedules to meet business requirements and key events while maximizing production efficiencies Managing people in manufacturing and warehouse operations Leading complex projects while leveraging General Mills project management processes and standards

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Operations Management
  • Graduating in Spring 2027
  • Applicants must meet a minimum 18-year age qualification.
  • Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with General Mills (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status).
