About The Position

This internship supports the supply chain team at Magna Seating, a global developer and manufacturer of automotive seating systems. The intern assists with purchase orders, inventory monitoring, reporting, process improvement, and supply chain optimization. The program is continuous and offers 30 hours per week, with flexibility based on the student’s class schedule.

Requirements

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manage large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Assist with purchase order creation.
• Assist with monitoring inventory levels.
• Help prepare and interpret reports using ERP systems and databases, and contribute to process improvement projects.
• Help optimize supply chain processes and develop process documents.
• Work on projects to identify cost savings or efficiency improvements.
• Support the team with administrative tasks, participate in meetings, and collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments.
