Supply Chain Intelligence Internship
About The Position
The Supply Chain Intelligence Internship runs from January through August 2027. Two opportunities are available: a Business Analyst Internship focused on data analysis, reporting, business requirements, process improvement, and translating business needs into solutions; and a Developer Internship focused on development, data integration, databases, reporting solutions, cloud technologies, and technical problem-solving. Interns work alongside the Supply Chain Intelligence team to assist in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting mission-critical Business Intelligence (BI) databases, reports, and other technology solutions. The internship provides hands-on experience with supply chain data and exposure to using technology, analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve processes and support business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Use approved specifications to design and develop reporting and data solutions that meet customer needs.
- Modify and support existing database and BI solutions.
- Analyze data and business processes to identify trends, opportunities, and potential improvements.
- Explore and apply AI tools to assist with data analysis, development, documentation, problem-solving, and process improvement.
- Provide support to help ensure the availability and performance of developed solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong cross-functional working relationships with business and technical teams.
- Build understanding of supply chain processes, systems, and data.
