The Supply Chain Coach Associate will coordinate job assignments, orders, and processes for Team Members in DRIV’s manufacturing area. The position aims to assist in maintaining an efficient work environment, meeting productivity standards, and resolving scheduling conflicts and routine problems. The Associate will also participate in Team Member training, understand all business processes in their assigned area, and be capable of performing essential work unit duties. Adherence to safety, health, and environmental guidelines is crucial. The role involves assisting the Operations Supervisor in coordinating and overseeing activities related to manufacturing, packaging, distribution, machine maintenance, and tool making, while also being competent in performing these functions.
