About The Position

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Cycle Counter - 1st Shift (Supply Chain) to join our team on Badger Dr. in Waukesha, WI! The hourly rate for this position is $20.80 per hour. The core hours are 7 am - 3 pm. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Must be able to walk/stand/sit for an 8 hour shift with or without reasonable accommodations
• Basic understanding of SAP.
• Ability to lift up to 50 LBS; bend, twist, grab, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, use both hands to lift and lower materials, and perform all other essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 1 year of forklift and SAP experience
• Previous material assurance/kitting experience

Responsibilities

• Achieve demonstration/performing levels of cycle counting metrics per OpA requirements.
• Execute proactive cycle counting activities and analyze inventory errors to determine root cause(s).
• Engage in projects to improve material flow and inventory accuracy.
• Operate computerized stock storage system or SAP system for various operations.
• Work independently and in group settings to execute on key objectives.
• Locate, expedite, prep, and move material as needed.
• Operate various-sized forklifts, dock plates, and other equipment in warehouse environment to sustain flow of materials for the department.
• Perform work from specifications, and/or communicated instructions.
• Follow established working procedures.
• Meet or exceed quality and quantity standards.
• Keep work area and equipment clean and orderly.
• Contribute suggestions for methods or product improvement.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all environmental, health, safety rules and regulations, and work instructions.
• Foster an environment that promotes Eaton’s goals, philosophies, and encourages continuous improvement through participation and teamwork.
• Assist receiving dock and production material handling as needed.
