About The Position

As a Supply Chain Assistant at Froedtert South, you will help ensure departments have the supplies and materials needed to provide excellent patient care. This position is part of Materials Services and supports nurses, providers, and other teams by keeping supplies moving and available.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and transport supplies as required.
• Dependable and team-oriented.
• Strong customer-service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous healthcare, supply chain, warehouse, or inventory experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and distribute supplies and materials.
• Stock clinical and non-clinical departments.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Process supply requests and deliveries.
• Maintain organized storage areas.
• Monitor supplies for proper rotation and expiration.
• Use computer systems to document inventory activity.
• Communicate supply needs or concerns to appropriate team members.
• Follow safety and infection prevention standards.
