About The Position

The Assistant Manager, Supply Chain supports planning, analytics, and operational efficiency for the Cosmetic & Hair Care supply chain division within Kiss Products, Inc. and Ivy Beauty, Inc. The role establishes the team’s data analytics foundation and planning layer by producing standard reports and analyses, automating recurring manual processes, and partnering with product, marketing, sales, and finance teams. It also supports demand planning and purchasing activities that contribute to inventory optimization, supply continuity, and overall supply chain performance. The position develops and maintains recurring reports, dashboards, and analyses; improves SKU-level demand plans; supports purchasing and supplier coordination; and identifies supply risks and process-improvement opportunities. It also contributes to cross-functional projects, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), supply chain governance, and new product development and sourcing coordination.

Requirements

Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree (required).

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring supply chain reports covering inventory status, projected inventory, shipment tracking, material status, and fill-rate performance.
Analyze procurement and supply chain data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
Build and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and data visualizations using Excel, Power BI, HTML, or comparable platforms.
Develop and own AI-powered tools that automate forecasting, inventory monitoring, demand-planning reports, and processes.
Deliver ad hoc supply chain analyses for product, marketing, sales, and finance teams.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across supply chain reporting systems and ERP platforms.
Build, maintain, and improve SKU-level demand plans; track forecast accuracy and bias, identify root causes, and refine models.
Coordinate forecast-related information with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Assist with purchasing planning to maintain optimal inventory levels and support fill-rate objectives.
Coordinate planned order reviews, purchase requisitions, and ASN management activities.
Monitor supply risks and proactively communicate potential issues to stakeholders.
Identify and automate recurring manual processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
Design and implement standardized workflows, SOPs, and process documentation for supply chain operations.
Support cross-functional process-improvement initiatives across purchasing, logistics, and operations.
Assist in managing assigned vendor relationships and communicate with overseas sourcing teams and suppliers.
Support sourcing activities for new products, packaging, raw materials, and finished goods.
Follow up with suppliers on order status, shipment schedules, and delivery commitments.
Serve as a data partner to product, marketing, sales, and finance teams on supply chain-related projects.
Participate in the IBP process and supply chain operations governance activities.
Contribute to new product development and sourcing project coordination as needed.
