About The Position

Blend is seeking a Supplier Enablement Specialist for a client that provides commercial payment solutions. The specialist will help business customers move supplier payments from paper checks to electronic methods, including commercial card and ACH. This approximately 12-month consulting role may be extended. It is remote and requires the ability to work across U.S. time zones. The consultant must be able to work on Blend’s W-2 without sponsorship. The role involves contacting suppliers, explaining approved electronic payment options and program requirements, and assisting with enrollment. The specialist coordinates with suppliers, business customers, and internal financial institution teams; researches and responds to questions; and routes exceptions and nonstandard issues to the appropriate teams. They document outreach and case progress, track cases through completion or handoff, and provide activity data for reporting and campaign tracking. The specialist follows applicable procedures, operating guides, regulatory requirements, and quality standards in a regulated financial services environment. They work independently within client priorities and escalation procedures, managing a high volume of cases while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and service quality.
