About The Position

This is a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst position in the Communications Division at the Bureau of Economic Analysis. The role leads the Web Services Branch and oversees website operations, security, and performance to ensure the timely and secure public dissemination of BEA data, including Principal Federal Economic Indicators. The position also oversees branding and stakeholder engagement, collaborating with subject matter experts and the Communications Department to manage and brand website content.

The position is at Band V (GS-15). Applicants must have at least one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to Band IV (GS-14) in the Federal service. Education cannot substitute for experience at this grade level.

Requirements

• Meet all qualification requirements by the closing date of the announcement.
• Be a U.S. citizen and suitable for Federal employment.
• Be registered for Selective Service, if applicable.
• Meet time-in-grade or time-in-band requirements by the closing date.
• Have at least one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to Band IV (GS-14) in the Federal service.
• Have experience leading a team responsible for website management, coordinating stakeholders, managing website content and operations, and briefing leadership.
• Education cannot be substituted for experience at this grade level.
• Complete the required USA Hire assessment within 48 hours of the announcement closing date.
