About The Position

SP+, a Metropolis company, is an artificial intelligence company that uses computer vision to provide checkout-free parking experiences. The Supervisor assists with the day-to-day management of a parking location, ensuring operations follow contractual guidelines and company policies and procedures. The role supports positive client and customer relations, promotes a professional image, and participates in efforts to improve satisfaction. The position is based at Ramsey Station in Ramsey, New Jersey.

Requirements

• At least a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one month of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Clear oral communication, including listening, seeking clarification, and responding to questions.
• Ability to write clearly and informatively and to read and interpret written information.
• Positive attitude and ability to respond to customer service requests.
• Adaptability to changes, delays, and unexpected events in the work environment.
• Ability to exercise sound and accurate judgment.
• A valid state-issued driver's license, current address, and acceptable driving record are required only if expected to drive a company vehicle or on company business.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the day-to-day activities of assigned locations and perform management duties as assigned.
• Help ensure parking operations comply with location contractual guidelines and company policies and procedures.
• Promote good client relations and participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Courteously assist customers and respond to service needs.
• Assist with parking equipment maintenance and repairs, as well as general maintenance tasks directed by the Facility Manager.
• Report known accidents, observed or suspected company policy violations, safety hazards, and unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills, and similar materials.
• Substitute for any position when necessary.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the garage and of nearby major streets, landmarks, and freeways.
• Complete other duties as needed.
