About The Position

The Schnellecke Shift Supervisor is a salaried, exempt leadership role responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations during assigned 8- to 12-hour shifts, day or night. This position ensures safe, efficient, and compliant operations while leading hourly team members to meet productivity, quality, and customer service goals. The Shift Supervisor plays a key role in driving operational excellence within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior supervisory experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work a rotating or fixed schedule of 8- to 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse and logistics operations during assigned 12-hour day or night shifts.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Manage staffing, workflow, and labor planning to meet operational demands.
• Coach, train, and develop hourly team members; address performance and conduct issues.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and service metrics; communicate results to management.
• Resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and customer requirements as needed.
