About The Position

The Supervisor assists the management team in overseeing workers who perform tasks to keep the client’s facility in top shape. The role supervises parking attendants, supports daily operations, and helps ensure the facility is clean, safe, well-maintained, and provides excellent customer service. The Supervisor promotes professionalism, accountability, teamwork, inclusion, and respect while supporting company standards and values.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
One year of supervisory experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Physical ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Supervise parking attendants and ensure duties are completed according to company standards.
Assist with implementing work schedules and assignments.
Oversee daily cash-handling procedures and submit accurate collection reports.
Hold team members accountable, provide regular performance feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
Promote professionalism, accountability, and exceptional customer service among the team.
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the parking area.
Contribute to the development and implementation of parking policies and procedures.
Meet or exceed established performance targets.
Order and maintain necessary materials and equipment.
Ensure customer signage and markings are visible and clear.
Train and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service, assist with parking, handle customer issues, and maintain a clean and safe facility.
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure guests receive exceptional service and address their concerns or complaints effectively.
Inspect parking facilities regularly for cleanliness, safety, and upkeep.
Seek ways to improve service quality and efficiency.
Update upper management regularly on operational challenges.
Foster clear communication within the team and with other departments.
Train workers on safety regulations, equipment usage, and job duties.
Promote teamwork, inclusion, and respect among staff.
