About The Position

The Supervisor is an integral member of the Levi’s store management team, contributing to the implementation of strategies and operational excellence that support brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth. The role supports the leadership team by executing sales strategies, monitoring performance, coaching team members, managing daily store operations, and maintaining an exceptional customer experience. The Supervisor is expected to embody the company’s values, support store associates, follow store policies and management directives, and meet or exceed sales and performance goals. The position is based at the San Francisco Premium Outlets in Livermore, California.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to support, assist, and coach store associates effectively.
• Able to comply with store policies and procedures and follow management directives.
• Able to meet or exceed sales and performance goals.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and regularly move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth.
• Guide, support, and coach team members through mentorship and leadership.
• Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and maintain high standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming shopping environment.
• Support and assist store associates so they can perform their work effectively.
• Comply with Levi’s Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management.
• Consistently meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
