About The Position

Immersive Gamebox is reinventing video games through interactive team challenges in Gameboxes that use projection mapping, touch screens, motion tracking, and surround sound without requiring headsets. The Supervisor is a visible representative of the business and its values, leading the team while building relationships with visitors and ensuring their satisfaction and a high standard of service. The role supports venue management with leading and developing the team and includes opening or closing the venue.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of previous experience in hospitality, retail, or entertainment.
• Be organized and have a great eye for detail.
• Have a consistent positive attitude.
• Be confident with computer and tablet technology.
• Be willing to work flexible hours.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Have an optimistic, enthusiastic, and can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all visitors to the space.
• Host and monitor teams through their experience.
• Ensure areas are clean and presentable.
• Keep up to date with bookings and queries.
• Maintain the equipment and technology.
• Answer visitor enquiries and promote the experience to passers-by.
• Communicate and cooperate with other venue staff and the wider team.
• Open or close the venue.
• Support venue management with leading and developing the team.
