About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Wash Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a busy car wash facility and ensure customers receive a high level of service. The role includes supervising and training attendants, maintaining quality control, managing supplies and equipment, and ensuring the facility is clean, organized, and safe. The supervisor also prepares reports for management and performs other assigned duties to meet business needs. The position offers compensation of $15–$17 per hour plus commission, paid time off, learning and growth opportunities, opportunities to advance, free car washes, and a complete benefits package for full-time employees after a waiting period. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Supervise car wash attendants, ensuring they follow company policies and procedures and provide exceptional customer service.
Train new staff members on car-washing techniques, customer service, and safety protocols.
Inspect vehicles before and after washing to ensure quality control.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and safe for staff and customers.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager to meet business needs.
