About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Wash Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a busy car wash facility and ensure customers receive a high level of service. The role includes supervising and training attendants, maintaining quality and safety standards, managing supplies and equipment, and preparing reports for management. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise car wash attendants, ensuring they follow company policies and procedures and provide exceptional customer service.
• Train new staff members on car washing techniques, customer service, and safety protocols.
• Inspect vehicles before and after washing to ensure quality control.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Keep the facility clean, organized, and safe for staff and customers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager to meet business needs.
