About The Position

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team in creating the best customer experience and delivering desired results. You will share responsibility for assigned store operations and maintaining a visually appealing store. The role includes creating a positive environment that develops and engages managers, associates, and customers. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

The position supports sales growth, customer relationships and brand loyalty, merchandising and operational standards, and a positive, professional workplace. It also involves performing POS transactions on designated shifts and carrying out supervisor functions when the Store Manager is absent.

Requirements

• Prior supervisory experience in a similar-volume apparel business is preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• May require occasional travel to other store locations, if needed.
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move product and fixtures weighing up to 50 lbs., as needed.

• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute supervisor functions in the Store Manager’s absence.
