About The Position

The Supervisor is an integral member of the store management team, contributing to the implementation of strategies and operational excellence that support brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth. The role supports the leadership team by executing sales strategies, monitoring performance, coaching team members, managing daily store operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Supervisor is expected to model Levi Strauss & Co.’s values of originality, integrity, empathy, courage, and performance.

Requirements

• Ability to support, assist, and coach store associates effectively.
• Compliance with Levi’s Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and ability to follow store management directives.
• Consistently meets or exceeds established store and individual sales and performance goals.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and regularly move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth.
• Guide and support team members through mentorship and leadership.
• Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and maintain high standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming shopping environment.
• Support and coach store associates so they can perform their work effectively.
• Follow Levi’s Stores policies, procedures, programs, and directives from store management.
• Meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
