About The Position

The B-Helpful Professional serves as a go-to resource for customers and associates throughout the store. The role supports Bloomingdale’s mission by providing attentive, efficient service and helping create an easy and enjoyable shopping experience. The associate manages an in-store service hub, assisting with Buy Online Pick-up in Store orders, processing simple returns, providing tourism information, and facilitating appointments for in-store services.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
• Resourcefulness and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including day, evening, weekend, and/or holiday hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, providing genuine and friendly interactions.
• Help create an easy, seamless, and enjoyable in-store experience.
• Assist customers with Buy Online Pick-up in Store orders.
• Process simple returns.
