About The Position

The Supervisor oversees and performs cleaning operations in an assigned building, provides leadership and direction to team members, and manages quality-control and safety programs. The role includes cleaning and maintaining facilities, shampooing carpets, responding to additional service requests, and confirming completed work with the Area Manager. The Supervisor tracks work through the company’s work order application, checks supplies and equipment weekly, and reports repair needs or damaged and nonfunctioning items. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m., and Saturday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Sunday is off. Duties may be modified at any time, and other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Open availability when needed.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain buildings and facilities, including shampooing carpets.
Follow procedures for using chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
Notify the Manager about the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
Follow assigned work schedules and routes, and report barriers.
Provide leadership and direction to team members.
Oversee and perform cleaning operations and additional service requests in the assigned building.
Report damaged, broken, or nonfunctioning features and items.
Oversee job quality and confirm completion with the Area Manager.
Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
Troubleshoot potential problems and concerns.
Manage the company’s quality-control monitoring and safety programs at assigned buildings.
Conduct quality-of-service inspections at assigned buildings.
Track all work through the company’s work order application.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
