About The Position

As a Nike Retail Supervisor, referred to as a Specialist, you are the face of NIKE in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment. You guide customers in making the best decisions for them, support customer service goals, and work with your team to achieve results. The role contributes to customers’ experiences by helping bring the consumer journey to life, supporting customers as they find products, and working together with teammates. This is a full-time position at the Nike Factory Store Napa, working 34–40 hours per week, including nights and weekends. The hourly rate ranges from $24.00 to $31.20; actual pay varies based on location, qualifications, skills, and experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
