About The Position

The Nike Retail Supervisor, referred to as a Specialist, represents NIKE in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment. The role supports customers in making product choices, delivers customer service in line with Nike’s Service Principles, and works with teammates to achieve store goals. Supervisors help create welcoming customer experiences and may handle register operations, shipping and receiving, stocking, cleaning, and visual displays. The position is full time, 34–40 hours per week, and includes nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs. It is located at the Nike Factory Store Foxwoods in Mashantucket, Connecticut. The hourly pay range is $20.50–$26.65; the actual rate varies based on location, qualifications, skills, and experience. Native Americans receive preference in accordance with Tribal law.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old in the United States.
• At least 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to use customer service authentically so customers feel seen and understood.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
