About The Position

The Public Area Supervisor is responsible for providing outstanding, friendly, and informative guest service while inspecting and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout assigned public areas. The role attends to guest needs, escorts guests to requested locations, and works to ensure maximum guest satisfaction. The supervisor supports Company Service Standards and coordinates public-area team activities, including training, scheduling, and maintaining cleaning-product inventory.

Requirements

Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with guests, team members, and management.
Have basic math skills and computer literacy.
Understand and comply with company, departmental, and Gaming Control Board rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and the Internet.
Be available to work any day of the week and any shift, including weekends and holidays.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and guests.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Communicate effectively in English.
High school graduate or GED equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

One year of PAD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Practice, support, and promote Company Service Standards.
Communicate with a diverse and demanding clientele and across operational departments.
Answer guest questions with an understanding of the department and property.
Monitor public areas to ensure cleanliness, service, and safety standards are met.
Train PAD Team Members on cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Schedule shifts and arrange replacements for absences.
Respond to customer complaints and accommodate special requests.
Escort guests to requested locations.
Monitor and replenish cleaning-product stock.
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas.
Observe and report unusual or suspicious behavior.
