About The Position

Responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of all public areas, including parking areas, and unrestricted back-of-house areas throughout the property. The role supports company service standards, maintains a clean environment, ensures guests’ needs are met, and escorts guests to requested areas. Duties may include inspector and utility work as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in written and verbal form.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors and tolerate environmental factors including noise, dust, and second-hand smoke.
• Ability to work with cleaning products, chemicals, and solvents using company-provided safety equipment.
• Understanding of cleaning and disposing of biohazards.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds.
• Normal or corrective vision, ability to see color, and ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Manual dexterity to operate job-related equipment, including a vacuum, cleaning supplies, and safety equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, reach, push, pull, and grasp.

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of related experience preferred.
