About The Position

GXO is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations to lead a warehouse team and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations. The role focuses on encouraging team members to improve performance, ensuring efficient operations and work quality, and delivering exceptional customer service. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. It requires flexibility as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime that may include weekends.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.
• Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to reach, including above the head, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel.
• Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment.
• Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment.
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules.
• Supervise, train, and coach the team to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program.
• Communicate effectively with leadership, team members, and other departments.
• Implement continuous improvement action plans.
• Maintain a clean environment.
