About The Position

The Bilingual Operations Supervisor provides daily operational leadership to team members and helps maintain a safe, efficient, high-performing work environment. The position supports warehouse operations at the Chattanooga, Tennessee facility, including safety compliance, performance management, process improvement, and achievement of customer care and production goals. The role works second shift, from 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., with overtime as required.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English; must be fluent in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability and flexibility to work second shift, 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and overtime as needed.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Data-entry and computer skills may be required.

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing supervision.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce a safety-first culture and ensure team members follow company and regulatory safety standards.
• Apply core business technologies and standard operating procedures to drive operational consistency and best practices.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and operational performance.
• Ensure personnel comply with company policies, procedures, and workload expectations.
• Manage and allocate resources to meet daily production and operational goals.
• Oversee operational workflows to ensure alignment with service level agreements.
• Monitor and validate operational performance to ensure quality standards and KPIs are consistently achieved.
• Coach, train, and provide performance feedback to team members to support development and accountability.
• Assist with planning, reporting, and budget-related activities as needed.
