About The Position

GXO is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and lead a team. The role focuses on ensuring efficient operations, coaching and training employees, maintaining work quality and customer service, and implementing continuous improvement. The schedule is Friday through Monday, 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., on second shift. The position requires flexibility to work planned and unplanned overtime, potentially including weekends.

The role involves working in a warehouse environment, potentially in hot or cold conditions, and performing physical activities such as lifting, standing, walking, reaching, bending, climbing, pushing, pulling, twisting, squatting and kneeling. Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.
• Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights.
• Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to reach, including above the head, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel.
• Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment.
• Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment.
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience.
