The Supervisor, People Experience (Insights) plays a critical role in translating people data and insights into clear, actionable guidance for field People teams and restaurant leaders. This role sits within the U.S. People Alignment team, and partners broadly across U.S. People to support execution of the People Analytics agenda by coordinating insight delivery, strengthening field adoption, and ensuring projects, tools, and insights are delivered with consistency, clarity, and impact. This position brings together people analytics, field partnership, and project management, helping to ensure insights move beyond dashboards to drive informed decisions across the system.
