This is a newly created role designed to elevate how the People & Culture team delivers impact across the organization. The coordinator will partner directly with the Vice President to turn strategy into action, align and execute key initiatives, and ensure every priority is delivered with clarity and purpose. As the central coordination point, the role will drive the integrated People & Culture calendar, enable effective change, and leverage data-driven insights to strengthen service delivery and operational excellence. This is an opportunity to shape and define the role from the ground up, building structure, enhancing accountability, and creating a consistent, high-impact employee experience where people and performance thrive.
