This is a hybrid role that blends recruiting coordination with creating a great in-office experience for our San Mateo team. You’ll be the friendly face candidates meet, the behind-the-scenes organizer who keeps things running smoothly, and the person who makes our workplace feel engaging and welcoming. You’ll coordinate interviews, support new hires, plan events, keep the office stocked and buzzing, and jump in wherever needed to make the employee and candidate experience exceptional. This is a contract to hire, full-time in-person position that requires being in the office 3-4 days per week.
