About The Position

The Food and Beverage Supervisor supports daily operations at Park Avenue Cafe at Waldorf Astoria Orlando. The role oversees and participates in outlet operations, helps deliver memorable guest experiences, guides team members through each shift, supports revenue growth, and ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and participate in daily restaurant operations, ensuring guest service standards, product quality, and compliance with operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor product and service quality, assess guest satisfaction, address issues, and make improvements to enhance the dining experience.
• Provide on-the-floor supervision, assist with scheduling, and mentor team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Assist with implementing marketing initiatives and up-selling techniques to promote food and beverage sales and maximize profitability.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to support guest and team member wellbeing.
