About The Position

Waldorf Astoria Orlando is seeking a part-time Massage Therapist to join its Spa Team. The role provides professional massage and body treatments and contributes to memorable guest experiences through attentive, welcoming hospitality. The property is a Forbes 4-Star hotel surrounded by Walt Disney Resort, with 502 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and seven food and beverage outlets.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure an exceptional spa experience.
• Perform massage and body treatments according to the spa menu, guest preferences, and established quality and health standards.
• Keep treatment spaces, tools, and equipment clean and sanitized in accordance with regulatory and guest-service standards.
• Monitor treatment-product and tool inventory, ensuring adequate stock and proper storage.
• Complete and maintain required records in compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations.
• Assist with general spa duties as needed to support daily operations and seamless service.
